I went from being severely anxious to divinely confident and magnetic

 

I truly believed there was something wrong with me for many years. I could not understand why I was so anxiously attached to my partners and why these push and pull games were constantly being played in my relationships.

Everything would start off great, then a big flip. I blamed myself. I tried to fix myself. I texted and called frantically, I nagged and repeated myself too many times. 

I had zero clue how to meet and process and work through my feelings. I was convinced that I had to fix the man/relationship in order to feel better.

Then it happened. My big awakening. Lightbulb after lightbulb after lightbulb. I finally understood: I was anxiously attached because I was avoiding myself.

And so my journey back home began. 

Home to me. Home to my body. Home to my essence. Home to my radiance. Home to my authentic expression. Home to freedom.

I began learning how to actually feel, how to care for myself, how to connect to the Divine and lean on it for support.

I began healing my inner child and finding the present moment over and over again

I released so many blocks and embodied secure attachment within.

Today, I am thriving as a single mom of 2 girls, feeling more confident and radiant than ever, I run an incredible soul aligned business, take care of myself and my loved ones while patiently waiting to be claimed by an embodied masculine partner in Divine timing.

Inside "The Rise" you will be guided back into your body in order to come to a deeper truth of why you are attracted to avoidant partners and how to actually break this pattern of attraction in your own nervous system and put an end to your struggles.

The sole focus will be on YOU putting powerful practices into place in order to create safety for love to enter and authenticity to rise

The group will meet every week (exact timing will be revealed closer to the start) for a 90 minute live session. These are incredibly powerful, as we share our experiences and feel the support of like minded women.This will be a space for questions and deeper insights. Building community with women who GET IT is so vital on our self healing journeys. 

Weekly homework material

"The Rise" is equipped with an abundant portal of homework videos, PDF files and links, as well as custom made spotify playlists. All walking you through the 3 phase method to creating a deep sense of safety and trust in your body so that you can embody your most magnetic and radiant self.

Embodiment practices

A few of the lessons will also include guided practices for you to utilize on your journey of awakening your Divine Feminine essence.
